CLEVELAND – The University of Akron men's golf team, lead by senior Lucas Murray, placed four student-athletics on the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Men's Golf Team the league office announced on Tuesday.
The honor is the first Academic All-MAC honor for Murray. He was the only UA golfer named to the first team as Scott Landreth, Tim Lew and Cameron Simmons were named Honorable Mention Academic All-MAC.
