AKRON, Ohio– Fifteen student-athletes will earn their degrees this weekend as part of the 1,081 University of Akron students participating in the Fall 2019 commencement ceremonies.

The 15 graduates represent six of Akron's athletics programs.

Families, friends, Zips fans and student-athletes can help celebrate this moment by sharing their photos, memories and more on social media by using the hashtags #ForeverAZip, #IamaZip, and #IamAkron.

Each commencement ceremony will be streamed live on the University's website.
