14 Zips Receive Academic All-MAC Women’s Soccer Honors

2024 WOMEN'S SOCCER ACADEMIC ALL-MAC RELEASE
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The University of Akron women's soccer team earned 14 selections when the Mid-American Conference released its 2024 Women's Soccer Academic All-MAC Team on Thursday, Dec. 5.
In all, 140 student-athletes from 12 conference institutions were honored including redshirt seniors Morgan Pentz (Broadview Heights, Ohio) and Katie Stafford (Gahanna, Ohio), seniors Lacey Bernick (North Huntingdon, Pa.), Quinn Casey (Powell, Ohio), Ella Hadley (Concord, Ohio) and Emma King (Akron, Ohio), redshirt junior Penelope Cuirinier (Mionnay, France), junior Kylie Schiemann (Geneva, Ohio) and sophomores Sara Bower (Cincinnati, Ohio), Kiana Harsh (Waterville, Ohio), Olivia Heskett (Lewis Center, Ohio), Hannah Langstaff (Washington, Ill.), Jordanne Oberhaus (Wadsworth, Ohio) and Anna Simmons (Manassas, Va.).
To qualify for the Academic All-MAC Teams, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the scheduled contests for that particular sport.
