2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Zips...recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:39.44 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28) to help Akron to its first-ever league title...posted a season-best 10K time of 33:47.8 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).
