2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six races for Akron...recorded a season-best 6K time of 22:00.4 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 15)...crossed the line in the 6K at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Nov. 2) in a time of 22:54.58...finished seventh in the 6K at the We Fly Ball State Invitational (Sept. 14) in 23:02.7.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY ACCOLADES: Academic All-MAC selection.

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...recorded a time of 37:32.72 in the 10,000 meters at the MAC Championships (May 9)...won the 10,000 meters in a season-best time of 37:28.69 at the Northeast Ohio Open (April 6)...crossed the line in a season-best performance of 17:55.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge (March 22)...added a season-best effort of 5:02.68 in the 1,500 meters at the Len Paddock Invitational (April 27).

2024 INDOOR: Competed in three meets for Akron...registered a season-best mark of 10:43.10 in the 3,000 meters at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 19)...crossed the line in a season-best time of 18:22.83 in the 5,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2).

2023 CROSS COUTRY: Competed in a pair of races for the Zips...crossed the line in a time of 23:43.0 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28)...registered a season-best 6K time of 23:3.43 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).

PRIOR TO AKRON: A four-year letterwinner at Olentangy Orange High School...twice earned all-conference and all-district accolades...an Academic All-Ohio selection in 2022.
