2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...recorded a season-best time of 12:26.75 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Tiffin Track Carnival (April 13)...added season-best performances in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Northeast Ohio Open (April 6) crossing the line in 2:49.60 and 5:22.65, respectively.

2024 INDOOR: Competed in three meets for Akron...recorded a season-best time of 11:25.47 in the 3,000 meters at the Al Campbell Invitational (Feb. 16)...added a season-best effort of 19:20.51 in the 5,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three races for the Zips...recorded a season-best 6K time of 24:31.8 at the Bowling Green Invitational (Oct. 13).
