2025 INDOOR: Competed in six meets for Akron...placed 14th in the 3,000 meters and 16th in the 5,000 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 28-March 1) in times of 10:03.09 and 17:33.20, respectively...posted season-best time of 9:48.02 in the 3,000 meters at the Michigan Invitational (Feb. 8)...recorded season-best time of 17:18.06 in the 5,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Jan. 31).

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...recorded time of 4:39.48 in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships (May 9), while crossing the line in 18:13.17 in the 5,000 meters...recorded a season-best time of 4:34.20 in the 1,500 meters at the Northeast Ohio Open (April 6)...ran a season-best performance of 16:57.46 in the 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 12).

2024 INDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...placed ninth in the mile in a time of 5:00.52 at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24)...recorded a season-best effort of 9:58.03 in the 3,000 meters at the Penn State National (Jan. 27)...posted a season-best time of 5:00.02 in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational (Feb. 16).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six races for the Zips...recorded a season-best 6K time of 21:15.60 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28) to place 16th...registered a 6K time of 21:30.1 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).

PRIOR TO AKRON: A five-time all-conference performer at McDonald High School across both cross country and track and field...captured 2022 state title in Division 3 in the 3,200 meters.
