As a Junior (2015): Started in 25-of-27 matches played…Led the team with 714 assists (7.07 assists/set)…ranks ninth in individual career assists at Akron with 1,739...third on the team with 199 digs (1.97 digs/set) and 21 service aces (0.21 aces/set)…contributed 39 kills and 10 total blocks…recorded six double-doubles, including a career-high 54 assists and 12 dig performance in the season opener against SIU-Edwardsville (Aug. 28)…tied career-best 54 assists later in the year versus Eastern Michigan (Oct. 24)…the 54 assists ranked third among the MAC in a four-set match in 2015…posted a season-high 17 digs against Bowling Green (Nov. 7)…registered at least 20 assists in 21 matches, including nine matches with at least 30 assists and three with 40-plus assists.

As a Sophomore (2014): Named Academic All-MAC...appeared in 26 matches and 85 sets as a sophomore...led the Zips in assists (619) and assists/set (7.28)...added 166 digs (1.95 digs/set), good for fourth on the squad...her 0.32 service aces/set during MAC play ranked sixth in the conference (league play only)...recorded four assist-dig double-doubles...posted at least 20 assists in 17 matches, including five matches with at least 30 assists and two with 40-plus assists...she tied her career-high with 46 assists against Toledo (Oct. 11) to go with five kills, 14 digs and three blocks...recorded a career-high 20 digs against Princeton (Sept. 20).

As a Freshman (2013): Played in 18 matches and 52 sets as a setter…second on the team with 406 assists for a team-high 7.81 assists per set, ranking ninth in the conference overall…recorded 89 digs for an average of 1.71 per set…picked up back-to-back double-doubles, with 46 assists and 10 digs against Buffalo (Oct. 3), followed by a season-high 14 digs to go with 32 assists on the road against Toledo (Oct. 5)…delivered 13 total service aces, including four against SIU Edwardsville on Aug. 31.

At Bishop Ready High School: Guided the program to a combined 40-13 record her last two years, including back-to-back regional championships and advancing to the state final four in 2011...named to the 2012 Under Armour Senior Watch List...two-time All-Ohio selection, named to the first team as a senior...first team all-district and all-conference selection as a junior and senior...hit .328 for the season during her final campaign.

Personal: Daughter of Mike and Annette Kusan…has three siblings, Lindsey, Jordan and Jude...father played football at Miami (Ohio)...earned a gold medal in the trampoline at the Junior Olympics...also the speed cup stacking champion in her age group.
