During his time as an undergraduate, he assisted with numerous camps and clinics with the men’s basketball team. Following his graduation, he signed an international basketball contract with Klub Koszykówki Wloclawek of the Polish Basketball League – or the PLK – located in Wloclawek, Poland, before returning stateside to pursue the internship at Michigan.
