The Zips are coming off a split at Kent State where they won 3-0 in the first match while lossing 3-2 to conclude the series. Lauren Baker recorded a pair of double-doubles at Kent State. She registered an 11-kill, 10-dig performance on Nov. 1 and an 18-kill, 13-dig performance on Nov. 2.Â
The Zips were led by Emanouela Christodoulou's 14 kills while Lauren Baker recorded a 11 kill, 10 dig double-double against the golden Flashes on November 1. Eastern Michigan: Eastern Michigan comes into the series with a 13-15 overall record, a 7-7 record in the MAC and a 4-7 record at home. The Eagles have lost their last three matches and have fallen in five of the past six. EMU recently was swept by Ball State 3-0 in two matches on the road before falling 3-1 to Central Michigan on Tuesday. Eastern Michigan began conference play with a 6-2 record before going 1-5.
EMU is led in kills by Kaili Doctor (207), while Ava Siefke is the leader in points (244) and aces (30). Ella Voorhees leads the Eagles in assists (416) while Hannah Blaney is the leader in digs (443) and Hatteras Welker has the top mark in blocks for EMU (115).
