As a Sophomore (2018): Recipient of the Harry “Doc” Smith Award … played in 11 games with 10 starts at wide receiver … Zips’ leading receiver with 649 yards and six touchdowns on 46 receptions … earned his first appearance in the starting line-up in the win over Morgan State … finished with four receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown … his 32-yard TD was just the second in his young career … in the stunning win at Northwestern, had three receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown, including a 56-yard catch … put UA on the scoreboard at Iowa State with a 26-yard touchdown reception (from Kato Nelson) in the first quarter … finished with two receptions for 45 yards … led the Zips against Miami with a career-high seven receptions for 66 yards ... at Buffalo, led the Zips with 47 yards on three receptions … in the win at Kent State, led the Zips with 72 yards and a touchdown in overtime … in the win over Central Michigan, led the Zips with five receptions for 50 yards … against Northern Illinois, led UA with a career-high eight receptions for a career-high 129 yards and a touchdown … had 90 yards receiving in the first half alone … it marked the first 100-yard receiving game of his young career ... had two receptions for 24 yards against Bowling Green ... led UA at Ohio with 81 yards and a touchdown on seven receptions … lettered.
