Johnson is a 5-11 point guard at Lyons Township High School in Chicago, Ill. He earned 4A All-State Second Team accolades as a senior. Led LTHS to three consecutive 20 win seasons. He averaged 16.6 points, four rebounds, 3.5 assists, and two steals per game in his final two seasons as a Lion. Earned the 2021 and 2022 team's most valuable player. Named to the All-West Suburban Conference team as a Junior and Senior.
