Akron Opens Spring Golf Schedule at Rust Buster Match Play Event

Akron, Ohio – The Akron golf team opens the 2025 Spring portion of the schedule on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 10-11 in Orlando Fla. at Kings Ridge Golf Course for the Rust Buster Match Play event hosted by Ball State and Murry State.

Akron, Ball State, Drake, Murray State, Nebraska at Omaha, Northern Iowa, Toledo and Western Illinois
Tournament Format
The match play tournament is scheduled for two days of competition with 36 holes of play on Monday followed by 18 holes on Tuesday. Shotgun start both days.
